I wanted to thank everyone for their prayer support. Truly this little one is blessed beyond measure to have so many faithfully lifting his/her little life up to the Throne of Mercy. We are thrilled that the contractions have mostly gone away and that Melanie is now resting more comfortably. She will remain hospitalized for another couple of days. Lord willing the contractions will not return ideally for another seven or eight weeks.

Praise the Lord. I will continue to pray for all of you during this time. Rest in the Lord and know that he knows what Melanie and Baby Maxwell need. I pray Baby, Nathan, and Melanie can all get some rest tonight. It sounds like it has been a long day. God bless you and keep you well.
You, Melanie, and Baby have been in our hearts, thoughts and prayers throughout the day, Nathan. That mag drip can be brutal…hang in there, Melanie and Little One! 🙂 Take care!
I also went into pre-term labor at 28 weeks…in fact I was dialated to 5 cms and in full blown labor! But God did only what He can do and closed my womb for another 5 weeks! The doctors were amazed! Baby Dawson Matthew arrived happy and healthy at 6lbs. Now we are blessed with a joyful, funny little guy that keeps us in stitches most of the time.
Just wanted to encourage you!

So thankful to hear the contractions have stopped and that Melanie is resting comfortably! Thank you Jesus! We will continue to agree with you in prayer that this little one will remain in utero so he/she can get stronger and more fully developed! 🙂
Praise the Lord! I understand what Melanie is going through. I went through the same thing with my first and was hospitalized twice( 24 and 28 weeks) and put on Magnesium and sent home on Terbutaline. God sustained us through it all and gave us the peace that our little one would not be born before His time. Our baby was born at 37 weeks, 1 day, which amazed the doctor since my contractions were consistant.
God is faithful and we will keep praying.
We are praising God for this news. We’ll continue to pray and believe that baby Maxwell will not arrive until he/she is ready.
Our fourth baby was trying to arrive at 30 weeks. We were put on bedrest with meds until 36 weeks and as soon as we quit the meds, baby was born. She weighed in at 6 lbs 13 oz and was perfect in every way!
Our fifth child was born within a week of her due date – we had one early contraction scare, but never even needed meds for it. Every pregnancy is different-just as each child is unique.
We are praying for rest and peace while you wait for baby’s arrival.
Praying for God’s rest and peace for all of you.
Thank you Jesus! Our prayers and thoughts will continue.
Praying!!!!!
